"If you know you have capacity with in, but you can’t quite conjure it up, being able to give yourself the opportunity and the chance to surround yourself in an environment with like minded people and a brilliant coach…that’s important for entrepreneurs. You need the time and space to invest in yourself and all your creativity come out."
Anthony Palazzolo

"Desert Forge was well planned and thought out. I was able pause the grind of daily life to sit down and evaluate where I am , what I want and how to get there.

More Than Another Leadership Event
Most conferences overwhelm you with more information.
More speakers.
More notes.
More ideas.
We intentionally do the opposite.
Because information without action is entertainment.
Real transformation happens when information becomes clarity…
And clarity becomes decisive action.
That’s why every afternoon includes Strategic Reflection—intentional time to think, process, and apply what you’re learning.
Some of your biggest breakthroughs won’t happen during a session.
They’ll happen because, for the first time in months, you’ve given yourself permission to slow down long enough to see clearly.
We've intentionally designed every part of Desert Forge to feel different from a typical conference.
Instead of rushing from session to session inside a hotel ballroom, you'll spend three days in one of Southern Utah's most breathtaking private estates, surrounded by red rock cliffs, open skies, and space to breathe.
From chef-prepared dinners and thoughtfully curated gathering spaces to meaningful downtime built into the schedule, every detail
has been chosen with one purpose: to create an environment where transformation can actually happen.
Your investment includes:
• Welcome reception Wednesday evening
• Private chef dinners Thursday and Friday
• Breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and refreshments
• 2½ days of immersive coaching and teaching
• Full access to Villa 761, the pool, outdoor living spaces, and the breathtaking scenery of Snow Canyon
• Intentional margin to reflect, connect, recharge, and simply enjoy the experience

Andrew Devlin is an executive coach based in Southern Utah, working with business owners and
entrepreneurs who want to grow their business—without losing themselves, their relationships, or
their sense of control along the way.
With over 35,000 hours of one-on-one coaching experience, Andrew has worked with leaders at
every level—from local business owners to global organizations including Toyota, World Omni, and
JM Family Enterprises, as well as alongside mentors like Tony Robbins and John Maxwell.
Andrew’s work focuses on the psychology behind performance—how business owners think, make
decisions, and lead under pressure. He helps clients shift out of overwhelm and reactive patterns
into clarity, confidence, and intentional leadership.
Because in his experience, the biggest bottleneck in any business isn’t strategy—it’s the psychology of the person leading it.

Janelle Devlin is a high-performance coach and former surgical post-trauma nurse with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through high-stress, life-altering situations. Her background in both clinical care and holistic wellness gives her a unique lens on how the body and mind respond to pressure, stress, and emotional overload.
Today, Janelle works with high-achieving women who are successful in many areas of life, but want to refine the patterns behind how they operate—so their success becomes sustainable, aligned, and fully supportive of their life.
Her approach integrates mindset, nervous system awareness, and practical leadership tools so women can build success… that feels like freedom.

Joshua Roberts spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant after leading and training thousands of Airmen across seven bases worldwide.
He didn’t learn leadership from a textbook. He learned it in the trenches, training Airmen who had to get it right the first time, because the stakes were real. That’s where the standard was set: lead from the front, own the outcome, earn the trust of the people behind you.
Today Joshua is the founder of Fusewell Strategies, where he trains leaders to lead themselves before they try to lead anyone else.
Whether he’s on stage, in a workshop, or coaching one-on-one, the message doesn’t change. Leadership is personal before it’s positional. The goal isn’t to be in charge. It’s to be worth following.
